"Absolutely disgusting property. I got here around midnight exhausted from my drive and upon arrival there were multiple roaches, both dead and alive. Not to mention the room smelled odd. I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. "Lamp missing beside of bed. Two light bulbs out in room. Too dark."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our stay. My wife was about to take a shower and then realized that we did not have any hot water. She had to get dressed and then we had wait for the front desk help to assess the issue. He then proceeded to check other rooms and realized some other ones did not have hot water. He finally found one that did not and then we had to pavk up all of stuff and move to the new room. At least the shower had hot water but the bathroom door was broken...

"Wonderful staff especially Jen. We arrived for breakfast about 10 minutes before it was closing. Jen made us fresh scrambled eggs since there weren’t very much left. There was also waffles, sausage, biscuits & gravy and the usual cereals and breads Met the cleaning staff also friendly and helpful Room was clean, had a couch and coffee table. "First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. It was the worst bed EVER. It’s like the bed was rigged to stay up. I saw roaches all over the room. They need to have Orkin come spray the rooms. Everything was OLD. There was also belongings in a drawer from a previous guest. Someone needs to inspect the rooms after the housekeepers clean because I swear I will NEVER stay...

"This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding."
