"Amazing accommodations! Hotel is centrally located to all the towns near Guadalajara. It is also walking distance to Guadalajara's incredible historic and vibrant center. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Overall, this Hotel truly is luxurious and lives up to its name. Breakfast was delicious. The bar and cocktails were equally good. "Hotel Portobelo is conveniently located next to Juarez train station and few streets away from the cathedral. Nice and modern hotel. Room was very clean, nice comfortable bed, quiet even during outside celebrations after the Mex-S. Korea Game! Excellent restaurant options for both breakfast and dinner, really don’t need to go outside for delicious food. Staff was professional, attentive and courteous greeting guests every interactions. Will stay here again on our next visit."

"It located in the downtown area. It’s like an hacienda building. Rooms ok. I did see a cockroach. The washroom sink, the water had a hard time going down. All water had a foul smell. The AC was fine for a couple of hours, then started to make a lot of noise , and was frozen, and leaking water, this was a nightly occurrence. The staff was very friendly."
