"The hotel does not accept credit cards. I didn’t know until I arrived. We went inside the Inn and tracked down an employee who checked us in. Thank goodness we had a checkbook in the car. You are suppose to text check in but I never saw the text. Very confusing. "

"Other than a room to stay in, not much going for this property. Elevator was broken, rooms on 4th floor. No assistance offered for bags or luggage. Drains in sink were slow. No one around at 9:45 for check out. Most likely stay at the other place at this exit next time."

"To be 100% honest, the only thing that makes this hotel/resort nice is the amenities. Easy access to pool and beach. Other than that, there’s nothing that makes this hotel worth $900/ night AT ALL! Staff is mediocre, rooms are mediocre at best. Our room had a toilet that did not at all flush. They sent someone multiple times to attempt to fix it, but the end result was a not working toilet our entire 2 day stay. The pool towels they gave us were dirty (literally had kids Cheeto finger marks all...
