"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."

"Klassisk hvis gammel hytter med fine håge, mye plass. Det ser ut som de pusser opp, dusj var nye men WC var litt sliten. Mye plass for familie eller venner, med liten fotball bane, dekk i andre estasje med håge utsikt og stor grill på første. 5 minutter kjøring fra Chester Brewing. Spennende hågeomrade rundt hyttene. "
"La propiedad es muy linda y bien equipada, si bien esta lejos del centro y se necesita auto paea moverse (esta dentro de un barrio cerrado). El check in y out fue sin contacto. Yo tenia muy mala señal y eso fue un problema para comunicarme porque no tenia las instrucciones del check in antes de llegar. Igual, todo muy bien. La vista hermosa!!!"
"Siempre que voy a Puerto Montt me quedo en ese hotel por su excelente ubicación, estacionamiento su personal de seguridad es muy amable y atento. Siento que han descuidado aspectos como internet no había en la habitación solo en áreas comunes, el servicio sanitario no bajaba bien, jabón y shampoo de mala calidad y escaso, la lámpara de la mesa de noche estaba roto el cable. Poca agua en la ducha. "
