"Came for a sports tournament and location was perfect. Greeted by welcoming kind staff member and we were able to check-in early! Evening and next day morning staff member were also very kind. Lobby was clean. 2queens w/ sofa bed was spacious for our family of 5(2 adults and 3 teens). Bathroom clean, water pressure in shower okay. Kid said breakfast was okay with eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, biscuits, fruit, gravy, juice, cereal, milk. Walking distance to main attractions of Gatlinburg strip/stores/restaurants. Parking tight but to be expected. Would stay here again if ever in the are. Thanks for a nice stay Comfort Suite staff :)"

"The location was perfect for going to the Conference center and walking in town. Our room was dated but very clean. They were friendly and accommodating! We saw the updated rooms and they are beautiful! We will stay again!"
