"I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel and had no issues with the room or the hotel service. There were 2 matters which i didn't like, the £15 per night for resident parking but accepted that. The worst element was, on both early mornings was anti social behaviour outside at the Hotel side, early morning about 4am, a numbers of people were congrogating outside, being summer we had the windows open and our sleep was very disturbed. "Alrighty, the place had charm. It’s a manor house that was built in the late 1800s. David, the owner, was an engaging and passionate host, but gave the impression that he couldn’t be bothered to go too much beyond the expected. The room was charming! However, it’s an old building and it lacked modern amenities and the room was in an isolated part of the building. "Convenient breakfast"

"The staff here are top notch. The location was also incredible. A very nice breakfast was included with our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom clean and modern. The shower was pretty small and, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no lift. Parking can be difficult to find."
