"Great place to stay and would again. Old castle, so you have the historical vibes of the place. Had restraunt on site, only hade breakfast here and was good. Have onsite-bar and outside seating to enjoy the grounds. On outskirts of city, so very quiet, vast grounds to walk. Had a lift for luggage movement. Staff was great, location quiet. "Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich abgelegt und an vielen Ecken abgenutzt (Badefliesen lose, Schubladen, die nicht richtig schließen, Deko, die teilweise kaputt ist etc.). Schade, denn eigentlich ist die Unterkunft (Burg) sehr gut für eine originelle Art der Übernachtung. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück isst man am besten von der Karte, da die Büffetauswahl doch sehr eingeschränkt ist."

"The hotel is extremely dated. Note that there is a large annex, so if you are in a “garden” room, you are not staying in the castle, it is an outdated 1980s annex. The bathroom had a sink that had been broken and poorly glued back together and a very dirty fan. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and could have used a mattress topper. You feel every spring in the mattress. The entire hotel also had a very musty smell. The actual castle portion has potential to be very beautiful, but some...

"The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and made sure you had everything you needed for breakfast and your stay. Its not a traditional hotel visit. It is more like visiting a friend at a Castle."
