"Absolutely loved our stay here at Eleven Stafford! The area was nice and quiet, but near lots of cute cafes and shopping. The room had everything we needed and was spacious and well decorated. Note that there is no refrigerator and the ice machine was not extremely reliable, so there was no way to keep anything cold if that's what you are looking for. We would definitely stay again! "
"Excellent property. No air conditioning or way to regulate room temp except a barely open window. The noise is big until 2 am because several bars across street and castle has military tattoo. Comfortable and adequate. They clean well but when we checked in the outside of our toilet had a small smear of stool. Thank goodness we had Clorox wipes"
"Really nice property with a nice restaurant connected to it. Friendly staff. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because housekeeping entered my room without knocking. On the day of checkout, (which is at 11am) housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am, waking me up from my sleep. I work at a hotel and we always knock at least 3 times before entering a room and we never knock on a door before 11am. My only complaint."
"Beautiful rooms with a view of Edinburgh Castle and other nearly monuments. Clean and comfortable rooms and delicious hot or cold breakfasts. The staff is both friendly and helpful. We were only there one night and didn't get to use the library or frequent the bar. But we want to next time. Set in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of the tram and buses. Great value!"

"The location is very convienent for the Royal mile and Edinburgh Waverly. Breakfast was good (continental with more options) but slightly pricey since we added it on. We were lucky that we were able to get right into our room at 9 am (which we didn’t expect but they had one open), It is clean and pretty with a comfortable bed. I would stay again."
