"The place was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was the hardest part about leaving saying goodbye to them all. 100% recommend to anyone"

"A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good."

"The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff were all lovely. During a power cut (due to a car taking out the powerlines not due to the resort) the staff came around with candles. The pool is very well maintained. Having our own reef shoes and snorkels was a good idea though there are plenty at the hotel. It would be good to see (at ALL the sea swimming sites) signs for people not to stand on the reefs if they are swimming as it wrecks them. The only minor issue we had was our doors...

"The biggest asset to this hotel is their staff everyone was friendly, helpful and engaged with the kids. From the initial welcome from the chief to departing the hotel everything was great. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Vanuatu .. "
