"Muy regular, íbamos a relajarnos con mi hija y resulta que nadie nos indicó que a las 21:00 los niños no podían estar en el SPA. Cuando se reserva te mandan un enlace del hotel (que sabía que éramos dos adultos y un niño de 10 años) en ese enlace uno confirma la hora, íbamos a llegar a las 19:50 así que reservé a las 20:15.
