Il letto purtroppo era basso ma alla fine per una notte è stato comodo. il bagno come detto grande. non abbiamo capito l'asse del wc in un materiale strano tipo gomma. non proprio comodissima. La colazione buona e abbondante. il giardino esterno ampio e curato con un posto auto semi coperto. "

"The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. "We stayed one night. Unique location - no concerns. We enjoyed the spacious updated bathroom. Minimal contact with staff. Very quiet. Limited amenities. We did take ourselves on a little tour of historic rooms in the building. Would have appreciated if there was more signage/explanations of the history of the building."

"The host Rita was very accommodating, there was one hiccup with housekeeping, and she took care of it within minutes. The apartment was spacious, well kept comfortable and in a Beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again! "

"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. "Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top."

" It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Francesca was super friendly and constantly in touch which made everything flow so well. She had a list of restaurants and map of the area. The B&B was in a good location for walking to the sites. I wish I had more time to stay there and I will definitely recommend it to anyone that is going to be in the area. "

"The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."
