"A good 5 star hotel with very big rooms and luxurious items and facilities within. The hotel facilities are good and the whole place is very artistic. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's not too expensive and is in a good location. The restaurant and bar are very good. The spa area is also very good. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in for its location and class. "Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Fran explained all at check in, and gave a few restaurant recommendations, along with bus links to go further afield. The Number 1 bus is a 20 minute ride to the'Old Town' from nearby (mere minutes by foot) Las Canteras beach. Thoroughly recommended. "
