"Breakfast wasn’t bad. Room was clean a few hairs on blankets but overall not bad. Tried getting quarters for washer front desk doesn’t have any. Find that hard to believe. But overall 4 out of 5. "

"I love the hotel. Our room was beautiful and the staff was great, but the bed is absolutely miserable. Hard as a rock and the sheets and mattress cover were not fitting properly. They seemed way too small for the mattress. It kept coming off in the middle of the night, I complained they told me they fixed it. The same thing happened the next night. It is very miserable sleeping on a bare mattress. They need to get better bedding. I will not stay at this hotel again because the beds are terrible."

"Had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Southeast. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The studio room was well equipped and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Definitely a good option for families or longer stays. I would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

There is 1 elevator so it can take a minute or two to get to where you’re going sometimes. There was a new person on desk that initially scared me and told me my reservation was canceled and there wasn’t anything she could do about it and that I’d need to call Expedia. I had to make 3 phone calls down to the front desk before they actually came up and told the people to quiet down.
