"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

"The location and entrance to the hotel is a bit hard to find so maybe some instruction before check in would be helpful. Our room had a sort of sewage scent to it which seemed to be attempted to be covered with air freshener. The rooms are not at all sound proof, you can hear full conversations of other guests in their rooms. The upside was that the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Very close to everything , right with many restaurants in the area, the staff is fabulous, they are there to help with anything you need. The rooms are big and comfortable. My only issue was the bed is very hard and made my hips sore. Easy efficient check in but they want to out promptly at 10:30 which doesn't make a lot of sense to me , I am on vacation.Fortunately we had to be at the train so we had to be out anyway otherwise I would have found it quite inconvenient. Nadia was Fabulous!"

"Absolutely excellent experience. While getting in was a bit of a maze, they had very good information on how to do so, including a video. Angela was always quick to reply, often within minutes to email. The beds and pillows were comfy and provided exceptional sleep, the property was well kept and safe and there were plenty of towels and the WiFi worked well. You do have to pay to use the elevator, but stairs aren't that bad. "

"Perfekt läge, mitt inne i Gamla stan. Marinella var otroligt tillmötesgående, hjälpsam, och trevlig. Hon pratar bara Italienska men det funkar super med översättningssppar. Ingen frukost, men lite att snacksa på på rummet. Levde väl upp till våra förväntningar. Inget fönster att tala om men otroligt charmigt hus så det gör inget. "

"Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"
