"My problem was with the bathroom. The toilet need a better cleaning. It was dirty under the inside ring of the toilet and behind the toilet."

"Very clean room and the breakfast was better than most in other hotels. Comfortable bed too!"

"Mrs D at the front desk was very very nice, helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Check in was a breeze and easy. They provide evening dinner at no cost and 2 cocktail vouchers. This was a great perk of staying at this property! Breakfast was great as well with many options to choose from. I will definitely return on my next visit to Charlotte. It was located right off the highway and just minutes from Carowinds. We enjoyed our visit and stay. ❤️"

"It was great, was just there for one night because our flight was cancelled."

Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

"Very nice establishment, will definitely stay again when in town."

"Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

"Room was clean but smelled damp. When I turned on the air conditioning unit to try and get some air circulation it made the smell even worse"
