"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "Great city centre location. Lovely rooms, service and food (breakfast). The only drawback to the location being that it was very noisy at night - parties 2 doors down until 3am. But, no fault of the hotel. However, I would recommend the hotel otherwise."

"It was our first time at the KIng Charles Hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room we had was nice and clean. The only thing was we could hear the traffic outside, all night. So we didnt get alot of sleep,as we were woken up alot. Apart from that the hotel itself was excellent. We would come back again, as long as we could have a different room, away from the main road.
