"The manager was on property and would always ask if everything was okay each time he saw you. I felt he genuinely cared about his guests experience. However the staff communication through Line was hit or miss. The property was older but well maintained. The property was away from Ao Nang Beach but offered a free shuttle there where there was plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a private pool villa. The pool was great. "The swim out pool is nice but very hard to get into, huge step and no railings. There was also no smoke detector in the room. The stash was mostly very nice with one receptionist that was abit abrupt. Definitely not a luxury hotel, no conditioner or any bathroom amenities, you get two coffee capsules the first day but have to pay after that. They offer free shuttle service to the beach which you will need as the hotel is up a very steep hotel. Hotel would not be good for anyone with mobility...
