"The best hotel/apartment I have ever been in. Staff friendly, and helpful. In Hanoi, where there goes with the dangerous, and the services qualities are definitely terrible. The hotel was truly safe place for u to stay here. "

"It's not worth a 5 stars rating. Location is not good, have to walk around 1km for food and feeling unsafe at night. The room is big and clean but do not have a working desk, you have to work either on sofa or dinning table. Dust bin was not clear everyday. Amenities provided only 1 time for the whole stays. Breakfast is fine but it's same everyday. The kettle has stain at bottom, so don't dare to boil water for coffee or tea."
