"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. "My expectations were exceeded! The staff is incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had the private pool suite room and it was gorgeous, cleaned twice a day.
