"Great position.
Villas are getting a little tired need some renovations!
Main pool was getting some maintenance and a new pizza oven installed so not all amenities were working during our stay"

"Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right...

"今回はWater Parkが工事中で運営していませんでした。従ってホテル付属のプールとホテルの目の前のビーチを満喫。私は大満足でしたが、妻はWaterParkを楽しみにしていた分、少し残念だと言っていた。"

"The location is amazing, right by the beautiful beach. All the amenities are great, multiple pools, sun lounges right on the beach, swim-up pool, decent prices at the bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet very versatile and really good value. Several restaurants right outside the property. The gardens and pools and everything around is really well looked after by staff. Highly recommended!"
