Angsana Laguna Phuket

"I stayed here for 7 nights and can’t fault anything from my stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious with so many different options. The staff there were so lovely, and by the end of the week one of the ladies working recognised my friend and I as we walked in and would come over to ask if we wanted coffee. She knew our orders by the end of the week! The rooms were so comfortable, clean, and the turndown service was lovely. Always an abundance of bottled drinking water available while in the room as well. My room had a balcony that over looked the lagoon, which was beautiful to wake up to each day. We arranged a tour through the hotel desk, which was seamless and worthwhile. Getting around is easy with a shuttle throughout the resort/estate area, and walking through the town and shops was always really easy. The hotel and resort itself was gorgeous, and there are hotel buggies to get you around if you don’t want to walk between your room and the other amenities. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"The property is exc5th 0 po uipilui7ellent. The breakfast was incredible. Selections for everyone. This hotel is not on the beach though. It's across the street about a5 to 6 minute walk. The photos of restaurant on the water is of a beach club that they shuttle you too about 15 min away. It's not part of the hotel. It's also very expensive and not a great selection of food. The photos are misrepresenting of the property being on the beach. Had I known that I would have stayed elsewhere because the price was not worth being off the beach for me. The sauna did not work. Pool was excellent. Room was lovely. The food not so great for lunch or dinner. The hotel was 40 min ride. Going to other parts of phuket are also about 45 min to an hour away. If you just want comfort and a pool stay here. If you want a beach resort this is not it."

"We had the pool villa beautiful room very clean however the door was not maintained and was always stuck trying to enter or exit Love the private pool The breakfast was a process took over a hour to get our food but I will say they are renovating the main breakfast area could be the reason it was just a lot longer then we expected"

"It's a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff. The Breakfast has an excellent array of Thai/Asian cuisine along with continental dishes as well with live cooking stations. Very spacious rooms with extraordinary views from balcony. They do provide airport transfers with surcharge. The resort is located with just 15 minutes drive away from main airport. It's a best place for beach and nature lovers. Try it once and you will never regret. I will sure choose Pullman Arcadia during my next visit to Phuket."
