"We had a last minute stay at the Hark Rock Hotel in London. The lobby was clean and smells amazing. The pool was nice. The outdoor pool connects to the indoors. Could be nice in the summer, but the water was a bit too cold for the winter. Definitely bring your key card when going in the hot tub as I didn't bring one and got locked out. Had to knock on the door for someone to open it. The rooms were clean and facilities looks brand new. Parking was free. "

"Seniors should go mid week to avoid the family crowds at the pool and whirlpool. Young families had a ball and some played hooky from school and work on Monday to continue the fun. We stayed in South wing, and it needs updating and mattress replaced. (still acceptable) and was told by staff it was being scheduled for later in the year. North wing already remodeled. Restaurant on site was good. We will go back again next winter. Only a 2 hr drive and better then going south."

"The hotel was nice, but could have use more coffee for a 2 person occupancy. The desk chair was in rough shape, and the pop machine ate our money. The nights sleep was poor due to excessive noise from other guests, and we were constantly woken up through the night. The breakfast setup was nice and well stocked. "

"It’s the most rundown motel I’ve ever seen I can’t lie I’m not quite sure how it’s still in business. NO THEY DID NOT ID NO DEPOSIT PARTYING TEENAGERS ON PROPERTY WHEN I STAYED. COPS THERE SEVERAL TIMES THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO….. THE ROOM CONDITIONS 0/10 BURN HOLES IN MY SHEETS AND PILLOWS STAINS ON THE WALLS FLOOR… I ARRIVED AT 6PM. SEVERAL OTHERS WHO CHECKED IN AT THE SAME TIME ALL REQUESTED ROOM CHANGES INCLUDING ME… THE STAFF STARTED GIVING KEYS TO ROOMS THEY DIDN'T KNOW WERE OCCUPIED SO IF YOU CANT TELL WHERE THATS GOING… JUST STAY AWAY…"
