Please allow me to address each of your concerns.Pool Service and FoodWe well noted the issues with the food being “mellowed down” and not original, we will be working on this.Could you elaborate on the pool service, we are not quite sure what is amiss.We are aware of the bathroom issue, unfortunately, this is a construction issue in this building and we will try to rectify this as soon as occupancy allows.Although we clean the gym daily it seems that some corners escaped the cleaner, we have implemented new measures to guarantee complete cleanliness in creaks and corners as well.We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement.
