"The property is located just on the edge of Hoi An and it’s an oasis, but you would never know from looking at the street front. Four pools, huge trees, and gardens, beautiful walkways everything is so perfect one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stated a lot of them."

"This hotel shoukdnt be rated 4 stars, its loud, the staff was unhelpful when asked about anything and they were incinsistant with the prices when asking to book more nights. The price increased from 630k to 1 million upon asking for one more night. This made my decission to not stay here any longer. It is clear through interactions with the owner of the hotel they are only interested in money and not guest satisfaction. Repeat, not the staff, the staff did their best, it was the owners fault."

"受付時、まず予約がとれていないと言われ予約の紙を渡しても15分位時間がかかった。 帰り際に水代無料なのにお金を要求された。 部屋のエアコンの水漏れがずっとしていた。 カードキーで部屋を開けるのにエラーが起こり、5分位、毎回待たされた タクシーをお願いしようとしたが、受付のお兄さんに吹っ掛けられたので止めると言ったのに英語が通じなかつたのか、呼んでしまい来たので、かなり安くするから乗ってと言われ、それでも乗らないと言われ、助けてと言うので、こちらがタクシーの運転手に事情説明と謝罪をさせられるはめになった。 次回は使わないです。"
