"We stayed here as a family and at first I wasn’t sure what to expect since it felt more like a homestay than a hotel — no reception or breakfast area like you’d normally see. But it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge, it being connecting rooms, giving us all the space we needed with separate bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. It was so convenient to be able to dry our clothes outside and still enjoy the view of the riverside. The real highlight...

"The staff repeatedly went above and beyond throughout our whole stay. Such a fabulous hotel and perfect distance from the old town- easy bicycle in but away from the chaos.The reception area is nice and open, all the time, with places to sit and relax, giving it an almost villa-feel."

"We had a lovely stay, family owned and run, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle and felt like a calming spot, where we could relax by the pool or in our room. The hosts are friendly and able to offer advice on activities. We were a family of four and shared a room together. The property has a rustic charm The property is located a short stroll or a quick Grab from down town Hoi An."

"Yzistel Hoi An is close to the Old Town, yet once you step inside, the world slows down. Mornings are peaceful, with sunlight on the yellow walls and the sound of water in the pool. I loved sitting there with a cup of coffee, just breathing."

"From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
