"Check-in/check-out was easy and the staff helpful. The room was the perfect size for our family and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the room was clean and everything in perfect working order. The breakfast was awesome. We loved the fresh pancake maker and full size yogurt cups. WiFi was available but we were not able to connect using the info on the card. We had to call the front desk. The left-hand elevator needs a little adjustment on decel/stop. Overall a great...

The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination."

"The breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down. The blind on an inside door was broken into several pieces. We had to leave it pulled up. & One of the drawers was also broken. We didn't need to use it, but it came apart when we opened it. The bed was comfortable. So, that was the biggest plus. We had been told it was the nicest room in the motel (not by the motel management), but, I don't think it was. Room 101 is the room we stayed in."
