"The layout of the building is a little weird. Our room was located near the corner of an L, from our room we could see directly into the other rooms and vice versa unless we had our blinds closed. The breakfast was only ok. I wish there was a waffle maker, they ran out of food, plates and bowls 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. They did have pancakes one day but they were the frozen kind you see in bags at Walmart. The hotel is new and things are kept clean. The staff was very friendly...

"The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."

"The hotel room was not like the pictures and described. With the suite we reserved, we expected a separate room for the king which is not available, which I paid extra for. My husband put it up and realized it was all completely broken and our son couldn’t sleep in that. He took it back and explained what was wrong with it and said it was not safe for any child to sleep in and the guy said that it was all they had at the moment and he had other things to do so my husband would have to wait. Definitely not the experience we wanted to deal with."
