"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story)

"There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received.
We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. "The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."
