"I booked a king bed with ocean front balcony and never did up staying in that room. At first they gave me a double bed ocean room. Then I went and tried to discuss it with the front desk to then be given a intercostal room with a king bed and no balcony. To some the balcony might not matter but to me it does I traveled over a 1000 miles and was looking forward to my balcony looking out to the ocean. Well after staying in the intercostal for one night after a long travel day I went down the next morning hoping they would of had it worked out and maybe the room I booked would be available but no so went back to the double rooms and balcony that’s supposed to be looking out towards the ocean which it was but this time they put us in a corner room and the views just weren’t as good there was a bunch of trees and stuff right out in front kinda blocking the view. The elevators were slow and half the time they didn’t work. Valet was good but very clustered. It just wasn’t at all was what I was expecting and I will never be staying at this hotel again."

"this place is great staff is nice make sure to tip the staff they work extremely hard and it makes everyone happier!!! the waiter on the beach John is a blessing the rooms are nice and clean and they like to accommodate. The elevator was broken for three days which i feel should never be the case for an exclusive hotel. The showers on the beach entrance were also broken. The lazy river is a plus and the beach food is really good. "

Michael left a very thoughtful handwritten welcome note since I had a late check-in, and he even came by to introduce himself. The location is fantastic, very close to Wilton Drive in a safe neighborhood, with everything within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location and hotel. Loved the look and ambiance. Clean stunning room and street view. Bar staff wasn’t helpful over the phone to pre order. Unfriendly and didn’t help with options and accommodation towards food allergies or general switching. Pool decor was slightly rusted and pillows stained. But water was clean and warm like a bath. Amazing hott tube. Would stay again for sure!!!"

We spent so much time enjoying the heated pool and the massive hot tub—everything is kept sparkling clean and in top-tier condition. It's clear that Russel takes immense pride in the property, and it shows in every corner of the house and gardens. It’s quiet, safe, and perfectly located near Wilton Manors and the beach is a short walk Whether you're relaxing in the library or chatting poolside, the atmosphere is laid-back and genuinely restorative. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Fort Lauderdale!"
