"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy. One staff member walked us to our house and made sure we could get in OK. The house was very nice - clean and nicely accommodated. And the fireplace we pre-prepared for a small fire. We really enjoyed staying here. Many small shops and pubs nearby, all within walking distance. A very fun Par 3 golf course is just down the road - stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cliffs of Moher. Highly recommend...

"This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...

"A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...

"Clean room a smaller decent breakfast and good coffee, walking was ready to restaurants and pubs and the castle. Cliffs of Moher was 58 min drive way and only 35 min to Galway 🇮🇪parking not the greatest it services a lot of nearby businesses my only complaint."

"No AC but website said it had it. We wanted to request extra towels but office closed early."

Letto una piazza e mezza incastrato sotto il muro con spazi limitati. Nessun servizio colazione. La receptionist ci ha indirizzati al bar dell’autolavaggio, ovviamente con macchina self-service di pessima qualità."

"Super friendly staff My room seemed dusty It’s was hot which wasn’t too bad if the window was open but if the window is open you hear everything outside and you can’t close the shade."

"the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. The wifi didn't work and there is no front desk so you have to text on whatsapp, but staff never responded despite many attempts. def do not stay here unless youre looking for a hostel vibe"
