"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy. One staff member walked us to our house and made sure we could get in OK. The house was very nice - clean and nicely accommodated. And the fireplace we pre-prepared for a small fire. We really enjoyed staying here. Many small shops and pubs nearby, all within walking distance. A very fun Par 3 golf course is just down the road - stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cliffs of Moher. Highly recommend...

"A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...

"Easy location to Galway city and access to lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and comfortable bed. TV could be bigger and remote didn’t work but weren’t there too watch tv so not a bad thing."

"Galway is a large city. The hotel is down a small alley, not one you can drive down and drop off your bags. I had messaged the property about parking but had no idea where to go. A little directions would have been helpful. I double parked on the road to drop off my bags, visiting from the states, I was in a panic as to where to go. It was the final straw that I wanted to go home. My daughter said it reminded her of a "pay by the hour hotel". It would be good for someone who travels with...
