"Unfortunately there was a large cockroach in our room. I am very allergic to them. The staff at first did not want to help. But then was texting her manager and gave us 35 % off our stay. They didn’t even want to do that. But they were not cheap rooms for our family! Having a roach is not something you expect to see in a place that looks so nice on the outside."
