"The room was clean and the property looked well kept. The pool area did not look great so we did not use that amenity the staff was kind and did not really bother us."

"It was close to stadium which was helpful. Room was clean. Didn't have anything but bath towels in bathroom. No soap, hand towels or wash cloths. Breakfast literally had eggs and sausage. Had to ask for coffee. Our room never got cool. But our 2nd room was cool."

"Although the hotel is gorgeous and well kept, the service is somewhat on a mediocre level. The valet and staff are extremely friendly and exemplify southern hospitality 100%. However, upon arrival is when I was notified of the $100 incidental fee PER NIGHT which they said also covers amenities so I don’t have to pay out of pocket.
