"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

"It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. Flush is horrible. Hotel got a gas leak, couldn’t sleep and breath well. Therefore no hot water in the shower. All and all, the wors stay...

"男1人、Ｗ杯の観戦で利用しました。施設はハリウッド映画で見る「モーテル」といった佇まい。ただ部屋は清潔でベッドは巨大！電源も豊富で快適に過ごせました。シャワースペースに照明がないことと、ジャグジーの使い方が分かりにくいのがちょっと残念。ホテルではないのでアメニティはないと思ってご自身で用意する方がいいでしょう。冷房はめっちゃ効いてます。滞在中は日中40℃近くになりましたが、部屋は逆に凍える寒さなので薄手の服で調節が必要です。止めてしまうと今度は蒸し暑さで熱中症になります。 食事の提供は菓子パンのみだと思いますが、周辺にはコンビニ併設のＧＳや各種ファストフード店、もう少し足を延ばすと徒歩圏内にテキサスBBQが味わえる店などが結構あるので短期ならそれほど困りません。ただ宿の最寄りの交差点付近にホームレスの方が必ず数人いらっしゃいます。１度だけ結構な勢いでまくしたてながら追いかけられ肝を冷やしましたが、結果的に特に被害はなく、今となっては「これぞアメリカ！」といういい思い出です。しかしながら、何も起きなかったからこそ言えることなので、不安に感じる方はダウンタウンのホテルを利用しましょう。"
