"Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out."

"The kitchen staff was exceptionally friendly, making me feel comfortable & welcome!"

"Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic. Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. "

"Pros: -The room was a great size. It fit my whole family, comfortably. The couch is like a trundle bed which was a great plus. -The beds were comfortable. -You are right across the street from Sesame Place. So you can walk over and save on parking. -There are multiple restaurants near by -They have a pool and gym, but we didn't go check it out.
