"Very comfort inn standard. Good clean rooms great for travellers like myself. I would highly suggest staying here. They have an amazing pool for relaxing time and good morning breakfast eggs and sausages. "

"Sprinklers and smoke alarm went off at 1 a.m. causing two floors to be evacuated, After a 45 minute wait we were allowed back in our room. Needless to say, ruined our stay."

"Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place."

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"We reserved a room with two beds and couch for 5 people. When we got to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. It was the last room with two beds. We had to pay for a second room. One of the rooms didn’t have working air conditioning. After talking with the manager, they refused to credit us for the second room. The evening staff was very nice and apologized for the trouble. The main area of the hotel had nice seating areas and there was a hot breakfast."

"The rooms were new and fresh and clean and staff top notch. Beds comfy. Parking plentiful. Loved the welcome with cookies to welcome Michigan State University grads and families. All around great! And saved us when we had to cancel our three rooms for family at the Red Roof Inn in Lansing - dirty, cigarette smokers running desk, trailer of cats in the pothole parking lot, place in complete disrepair. Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet...

"Very clean hotel. Our room was very minimalistic and sterile looking. Bed was not very comfortable. Rooms could do with some paintings, "

"Very old and rundown hotel. Lots of stains on the floor and furniture. Beds were very old and worn out. Sheets and bedding seemed clean and bathrooms have been updated. Breakfast was okay with eggs sausage and waffles. Pool was cold and small. Not your typical Country Inn. They are updating the property but we would not recommend staying here until it is all updated."
