"Very family oriented resort I loved everything about it."

"We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect — right across from the ocean, making it incredibly convenient to visit the beach anytime during the day. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. We booked a two-queen bedroom on the 40th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and included a small refrigerator, which was very convenient during our stay. Although there was some nearby construction, the noise did not bother us much at all. What truly made our experience even better was the excellent staff. Everyone was polite, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff are very sweet and try to help with everything, but the room they gave us was incredibly detailed. We didn't want to bother with it and stayed there, but I've stayed in bigger rooms in Japan :) Unfortunately, the room was old, and the bathroom drain was broken, so water kept accumulating. However, it's close to everything, so you can stay there."

"The ocean view double room was beautiful. The bathroom space was small but overall the room is really nice. Housekeeping is really good, we stayed 6days. Breakfast was ok. The pool was useless. Very small and not in a good area. However the beach is close so it doesn’t matter. Also the hotel is located on the pink trolley line which takes you along all the shopping lines. The best $6 spent daily"

"We had booked a city view. What we got was an 11th floor room with a high rise across the street in very close proximity closing us in with no view. The room was dirty."

"Have stayed here before and our room was really nice and comfortable. Our second visit, our room felt very dated and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff were accommodating and offered us another room which was slightly better. There is free sunscreen and a water filter to fill up your drink bottle. The beach is straight across the road. "

"We stayed here on a Friday through Monday. There is no onsite parking aside from valet ($55/day for a small car or $65/day for a bigger car). Though pricey, valet was convenient as we got in-and-out privileges and there was always a valet attendant available. As for the room, obviously this is an older hotel, so they were clean enough, but not super deep cleaned (there was accumulated dust behind the nightstands, for example). The Ocean View/2 Beds room we first got had a broken balcony door lock so we asked to switch to a different room. The switch was quick and easy, which we appreciated; however, the room we got switched to had a shower and sink that drained slowly, which was uncomfortable. It was difficult to feel completely clean after showering in 2-3 inches of water, but we did not want to ask for another room change so we stayed. The rooms are pretty small so not great for large families. The ocean views were good if you stood at a certain angle; obviously, this will depend on the room you’re assigned and its location. The AC was really loud because it is a wall unit, not central, but it did keep the room cool. The beds were pretty comfortable. The hotel is right across from the beach and next to McDonald’s so we really enjoyed that. Overall, the staff were friendly, location is good, and rooms were okay for these older kind of hotels, but we wouldn’t stay here again due to the lock and drainage issue. If you’ll barely be in the room though, you’ll be okay."

"I love staying at this property. I come here about 2-3 times a year. It's right across the street from the beach. So many restaurants near by but my favorite is Lulu's. My daughter goes to college in Hawaii so this is the perfect distance from her college and the beach. There is parking across the street at the park. Everything is near by."
