"The suite was very clean and provided plenty of room to relax. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Attractions nearby were walkable. Highly recommend."

"Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again."

"Your front desk greeters were excellent. I don’t remember the ladies name, but on check out Demarco was so nice. Check out was seamless, check in was too for that matter!!"

"Only one TV remote worked for both rooms. Batteries were good it just didn't work. The door handle to the bedroom was about to fall off but everything else was just fine. We had 6 people and only 3 towels so that was a pain but manageable. Clean, A/C worked well. No sheets for the fold out sofa but we went and asked for them also. Nothing bad to ruin a vacation."

"This place was great! The interior was super clean and new but needs a designer’s edit… however, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and pretty! The pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast is fine—microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and waffle irons— but nothing too exciting. We stayed here for an overnight on a road trip home and it was perfect."

"This was the third time we stayed at the Sonesta. We enjoy staying there because it’s a convenient location and they have full kitchens for cooking."

"No body wash in shower, shower head mostly plugged so water did not flow smoothly, air conditioning control panel did not work, ha to manually change settings at unit. Breakfast was very good."

"Breakfast was good, had a variety and area was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not well maintained property, holes in walls, rusty nails staining the shower, shower was tiny, bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival…..wouldn’t recommend."

"The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity.
