"Good location, nice and clean property. The only thing wasnt great was the air conditioner. We rented two rooms on 3rd floor. It wasnt too hot outside when we stayed there. Outdoor temp was about 90 degrees. We could not lower temp on thermostat lower than 69 degrees but temp stayed at 75 and room felt stuffy. We called fromt desk and they asked us to reset ac unit and to call back if it doesnt work and they would switch our room. It was late and we just went to bed. Other than that everything...

"The property was well maintained, the breakfasts were good. My issue, the room… black mold in the bathroom sink faucet… I ended up buying bottled water to brush my teeth and drink..disgusting. The floor was filthy, walking from the bed to the bathroom my feet were black, so wore shoes when walking around. The lamp shades were all cracked."

"For an Embassy Suites we were a little dismayed by the overall maintenance of the hotel. We were there in June in Palm Desert, so the weather overall was 'hot.' Our rooms were located in an area where we had to exit the lobby and walk outside to the elevator to the third floor. The elevators do not have AC and were sweltering. We were hoping there wouldn't be any malfunctions while we were in the elevator. In addition, the elevator linoleum covering, and a part of the wood base had a part...

"I highly recommend this property. For the money, this is the best motel we have stayed at. New , very clean , large roomy elevators, your choice of soft or firm pillows, quiet location, easy access, free self parking and a breakfast better than most restaurants. If traveling this area again, I will definitely stay at this property."

"I was in the room for one night, checked out, and attended a meeting the next day. The room had everything I needed. I warmed up the food I brought with me. I was cool in the room despite the searing June heat. I slept well, had a great shower, and ironed my clothes. I would stay here again."

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience! At our check in, Dawn and Sarah at the front desk greeted us like family. They made the process so easy and both were very friendly and professional, sharing all the information about the hotel, our room and all the amenities. We actually got a personalized text later in the evening asking if we needed anything. They made us feel very comfortable.
