One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Due to the global situation and the closure of several airports, my family was unable to reach Amsterdam, yet the hotel still refused to reschedule my stay. Completely unbelievable and extremely disappointing

Room Mate Bruno, Rotterdam
The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)
