"The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our ground floor rooms was next to the car park which was a little disconcerting, but not noisy, so that was a relief. "The internet worked well, but otherwise we found this stay frustrating. The check-in window is quite limited, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., which made arrival less convenient. We also found the host’s manner rather negative and some of the information he gave us was inaccurate. "Expedia booking said breakfast included , hotel staff said it was not. Expedia booking said booked at Garrison Hotel, but we were actually booked at Garrison Apartments which is 0.2 mile away. We still had to check in at the Hotel location then drive 0.2 mile away to apartment . All the parking at apartment was full , so unload luggage and then drive around Fort William looking for parking. Found parking 1 mile away and then walked back ."

Upon arrival you see a scruffy mobile home on concrete blocks and on the other side of the hotel it looks like a self build shed in a very bad state of disrepair. "La ubicación es espantosas y las fotos no muestran los alrededores (horrible). Un engaño. El precio es una estafa. El restaurante - a pesar indicaba que está abierto- no lo está. Al apartamento le llega el olor de la cocina.. Casi no se puede ventilar ni abrir bien las ventanas. Pido reembolso. Fue una mala decisión y el lugar es espantoso. (Casi £400 por una noche. 😱😣)."
