"A good location near the airport. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Stayed two nights, 1 before my trip and 1 afterwards. First stay was fine but second stay wasn’t as good as the TV in my room kept turning itself on all night with the volume on. Couldn’t find the switch to plug it out as it was hidden behind the wall. Some works going on in the floor I was staying on. Making noise early on but I was up anyway with the TV! Overall I would stay again as it was fine...

"Stay at this hotel. It felt like our home away from home in Edinburgh. Rianne (I think that’s how her name is spelled) and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling in a foreign country. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was the best we had at any hotel in Scotland, the location was excellent - central to everything but still pretty quiet for a good night’s rest. Also, we always saw the housekeeping team working very hard to keep the hotel...

"Very new, up to date room. Lots of space, I believe ours was a classic double bed room, with a huge desk, good quality and quantity kettle, professional hair dryer. Large elegant mugs, tesspoons, bottle opener.

"Everything about CoDE is top notch in my opinion. Very clean, with private quiet areas to chill. No keys or cards to fumble with, all areas are secure with your own "code". I traveled with my son so we opted for the twin room with private bath, was perfect. I booked through Expedia last year and when we arrived there were issues with the booking but were delt with care, professionalism and swiftly resolved. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. If something couldn't be answered...

"The room and amenities and view and building and staff were all lovely. Very luxurious feeling hotel. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty vegetarian options.
The only downside is there's no lift/elevator and 47 plus stairs is a bit much for me but if you have no mobility issues 100 out of 10 would definitely recommend "

"Across the road from Haymarket, decent bar adjoining hotel.
Room quite small but fine for a couple of nights or so.
Only problem was seal on window wasnt great so could hear qind whistling and traffic noise. Black out blind also had a tear which let in light too early.
