"This hotel is a must stay gem close to all the happenings in midtown, but on quieter, charming street! We received an upgrade to a king suite and it was absolutely phenomenal! Two bedrooms and a private balcony - completely unexpected and so special for a birthday trip! The staff is super friendly, entrance is private and intimate, with very friendly staff! Easy breakfast at the quaint restaurant next door. Would absolutely love to stay here again!! Thank you!"

"A very charming and enjoyable hotel for our stay in New York. It's literally right off of Time's Square, which also means right on Broadway, the reason for our stay. It was in walking distance of all of the theatres and even other locations like the Museum of Modern Art. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all hours, no matter how early or late. I intend to stay here again on my next visit."

"This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front...

"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."

"The hotel is in a perfect area for times square commute however the amenities weren't as helpful. The fact that every time we needed ice, we had to go to the grab and go shop but they limited us to 1 cup of ice each time. I understand that they are the only spot that provides ice for their shop and the hotel so they have to limit supply, but it was extremely hot during my stay and ice was a must!! Other than that, everything else was ok. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked out...

"Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come...
