This room was cooler but not as cool as I would like. Shampoo and soap dispensers were high and didn't pump all that well. Not enough towels as the floor flooded each time you showered. "The hotel was located in a good part of town. Quiet and close enough to walk - 20 minutes maximum to most sights. The staff were excellent. We saw other clients come in and were offered a welcome drink - we were not made this offer and had to pay for drinks at the bar which were not cheap!! The breakfast was also rather expensive so we did not partake but it was on par with other places. Europe is super expensive now!! "This is overall a fantastic hotel and is probably in the best location in town. The staff are overall great, but there were a few hiccups. First, we had asked that the room be cleaned and also because we needed supplies replenished (for example, toilet paper), and they did not. Another miss was that we had ordered room service breakfast the morning of an activity we had planned externally. We waited and then called the room service line, and they told us that they never received the order after...
