"This is an immaculate well staffed hotel that is of the highest quality. From the architectural renovation of the old medical building to the comfort of the beds and the calm park setting. The concierge service was highly informative and showed us the gems of the city. We had the best time at this property. These people love this place … and there is a stunning Picasso in the bar (44/50 print)."

"Great location, quiet room and comfy bed. Tech lovers would like the check in which is automated to the extent you create your own room card. I had to take a photo of the room number ! I was expecting the tourist tax but slightly baffled at a service charge as well so for 2 for 1 night was an extra £16.74. The food court near the hotel is great for a casual meal and stroll back to the trendy bar area of the hotel. This is our second stay so says a lot. Thank you hotel team ."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and gave recommendations. The room size was good, the location was great as you could take the tram nearby or walk (If you like walking). Its not in the middle of everything but easliy accessible. Wifi worked well, AC was strong, has a lift and small gym, where you can refill your water. Breakfast was delightful with a good variety: waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice, tea,...

"Its a great location especially if going iut in a celebrity cruise or river cruise. They are literally docked right behind and the terminal is right next door. The staff was great my only complaint is that the beds are really hard and may need to ask for additional padding."
