"This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...

"The room and bed was clean. Ac was set at 68 when we checked in but was not blowing much air. So not my first hotel stay by a long shot i took the front vent cover off and the filter was plugged solid whit dirt. Removed filter and ac worked alot better. "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. Most hotels at this age/price tend to have some mold around the outside corners of the shower by the bathroom door. None of that here. "Great hotel. Rooms were clean, and seemed to be newly updated with new carpet, drapes and curtains. Comfortable beds. Showers had good temp and pressure. The breakfast was very nice with the usual cold offerings like muffins and instant oatmeal, cereal and coffee - and also hot offerings - biscuits and gravy, egg bites, and make your own cute little waffles. "Place was perfect. We got a remodeled room and it was modern, nice and clean. I appreciate they wood floors instead of carpet. Breakfast was good and always hot. "They gave me a dirty room at first I told them about it and they changed it. The room they changed me to had a tick in it that bit me. Thankfully I didn't get anything from the bite. Was told they were going to fill up the pool but didn't till the day I left, almost two weeks later. And when I left I gave my keys to the maintenance guy because there was no one at the check out desk. The maintenance guy said they wouldn't be there till 8am. It was 6am when I left because I had a 8+ hour trip....
