"I liked there was secure parking available even though it was a small parking lot, first come first serve. The room was as pictured. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Room was nice and clean. No hot breakfast items but fruit, cereal, toast and pastries to choose from. Hot beverages available 24/7. I will definitely stay at the Opera House when in the area again!"

The bathroom looked like someone kicked out the door from the inside out and the chips in the tub were rusted. "The room was okay. Stains on the carpet but no big deal. I stayed at this hotel last month and had a great experience, this time was the complete opposite. Between contacting the hotel directly and Hilton customer service, I was told I did not have a reservation although I had a reservation number from experian and the customer service rep was playing a whole guessing game with me and telling me I did not book it through Expedia . Then I’m transferred to so many different representatives and no one could help me to the point I would get transferred to someone else mid convo and back to the front desk who hung up on me cause he was too busy. "
