"So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket.

From our villa we had direct access to the beach, where we had full service from Lazy coconut beach bar and restaurant while we were enjoying our time on sun-beds (free of charge). And next door is a very popular beach club - Catch, where we had healthy breakfasts. Also cabanas are free for hotel guests. Hotel also had best massage. Very welcoming and professional staff.
