Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. "First, I would like to say that the staff was VERY helpful. The individual that helped me check in and the one that helped me through all my issues and early check out were very nice. The property is unfortunately poorly kept. I booked a non smoking room, and the moment I walked in, the room smelled very heavily of smoke. I can almost look past this as there was a guy smoking right in front of my room outside, so it was probably not the business' fault. There were small, dead beetles all around...

"First time staying here and this will be my go to for Sac Airport travel hotel. I can’t say enough about the room itself. The bed is incredible, the amentities are wonderful and I especially appreciate the auto light in the bathroom except for when taking a shower, the light will go off due to no movement. A note card should be left indicating this so that you aren’t freaked out when taking a shower. Staff I encounter were wonderful. I wasn’t able to partake in breakfast as I had to leave at 3am...
