"L'hôtel est super bien localisée, près de central Parc et dans un tres beau quartier. A notre arrivée, nous avions une chambre standard (603). Il y avait une tres forte odeur d'humidité, les tapis semblaient sales. Le robinet de la douche etait brisé donc il ny avait pas d'eau!!! On a voulu contacter la réception mais le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas! Nous avons descendu a la réception et ils nous ont dit qu'un employé de l'entretien viendrait pour réparer la douche et que si cetait impossible nous allions etre déplacé de chambre. Après 20 minutes l'employé n'était toujours pas venu. On a donc décidé de payer un upgrade pour une meilleure chambre (926). Lit king, beaucoup plus grande, vue sur la ville et tres propre..je reviendrais a cet hôtel mais plus jamais dans une chambre standard!"
