The food service manager was delightful. She was welcoming to everyone, but not overbearing, and made sure customers were satisfied."

"We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor."

"The property had a few items in my room that didn’t work like the phone the shades of the window didn’t open. I could never get connected to the WIFI, and the microwave didn’t heat food proper. Lamps in the room would not cut on. Was very disappointed from the previous time I stayed at the same hotel in February of 2026."

"Room was ok..for One night stay... Staff ..well we waited over 20 minutes for some one to come to the front desk. I finally called and they must of heard the phone I ne. She came finally...it was 5:30 pm. .. Breakfast has a nice variety... Parking is very good On plus. Its close to resturants"
